  Q: How do I sync my progress between devices?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  A: Your progress syncs automatically via iCloud (iOS\/iPad) or<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Google Play Games (Android). Make sure you’re signed in to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  iCloud or Google Play Games on all devices. Launch the game<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  on the device with the most progress first \u2014 it will push<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  your save to the cloud. Then launch on your other device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Q: I lost my progress. Can I get it back?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  A: If you were signed in to iCloud or Google Play Games, your<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  progress should restore automatically. Try closing and reopening<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  the app. If using multiple save slots, check that you’re<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  loading the correct slot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Q: My crystals disappeared after switching devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  A: The cloud save always keeps the highest crystal count between<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  A: Crystal pack purchases are consumable \u2014 crystals are added<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  to your account immediately upon purchase and saved to your<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  profile. They sync across devices via cloud save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Q: The game doesn’t fill my iPad screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  A: Make sure you have the latest version installed. Toxic Grid<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  supports full-screen on all iPads. Update from the App Store<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  if you see black borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Q: How do I use power-ups?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  A: During gameplay, tap a power-up icon at the bottom of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
