The twenty-four hour threshold
Most of the benefit people fast for arrives after the glucose is depleted. This timer marks exactly when you cross into deep autophagy and shows how long you have held it, rather than only counting hours since your last meal.
Built for the wrist, both kinds
An Apple Watch companion controls the timer and shows complications on the watch face. A separate native Garmin Connect IQ app covers Instinct Crossover and Fenix 7, syncing fasting status over Bluetooth.
The one product here with no SDKs
Every other BuggyGames product embeds something third-party — attribution, ads or platform game services. This one embeds none. There is no analytics, no advertising and no attribution in the build at all.
