Privacy Policy
How BuggyGames handles personal data across all four of its products.
This is the studio-wide policy. Because the four products differ materially in what they embed, each one also has its own policy, and where the two disagree the product policy governs:
- Toxiqa TD — platform game services and install attribution
- Toxic Grid — the above, plus rewarded ads and purchases
- Vigor Habits — local-first storage, optional cloud backup
- IF & Autophagy Timer — no third-party SDKs at all
Who we are
Our products are made and published by Bugfinder Marek Misiak, trading as BuggyGames, an independent studio registered in Poland. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Full trading details are on the imprint page.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles of you. We do not operate a server that stores your content — every product keeps its data on your device first, and syncs, where it syncs at all, through your own Apple, Google or platform account rather than through infrastructure of ours.
None of our products asks you to create a BuggyGames account, because no such thing exists.
What we do collect
Three of the four products embed software from Google and Meta. We would rather name them plainly than describe them as a category:
- Advertising identifier — collected by the Meta SDK in Toxiqa TD, Toxic Grid and Vigor Habits to attribute installs to advertising campaigns, and additionally by Google AdMob in Toxic Grid to serve its optional rewarded ads.
- Install and session events — collected by the Meta SDK in the same three products.
- Player ID and gameplay statistics — held by Google Play Games and Apple Game Center for the two games’ leaderboards, achievements and cloud saves.
- Purchase history — held by Apple and Google for anything you buy.
Each product’s own policy lists the exact SDK versions and the file in which we verified them.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email us and ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. In the EEA and the UK the GDPR gives you those rights formally, along with the right to complain to your national data protection authority — in Poland, that is the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych. California residents may request disclosure of the categories collected and opt out of sharing.
The fastest control over advertising data is on your own device: reset or delete the
advertising identifier under Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android, or turn off tracking
under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS.
See data deletion for how to remove what a product holds.
Children
None of our products is directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. See children’s privacy for the detail, including which products carry ads or purchases.
Changes
When a product gains or loses an SDK, its policy changes with it and the “last updated” date moves. Material changes are noted in the product’s release notes.
Contact
Email marek@buggygames.cloud for anything in this policy. We aim to reply within five working days, and to action data requests within thirty days.
