I paid for something and it has disappeared
That is a restore, not a refund. Vigor Habits has a Restore Purchases action in Settings. The App Store and Play Store both re-deliver paid downloads at no charge to the same account. If it still does not appear, email us with your store receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds go through the store that took your money, because we never process the payment. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: your Play order history. The refund policy has the full detail.
My progress did not follow me to a new device
The games sync through Play Games Saved Games on Android and iCloud on iOS, so both devices need to be signed into the same account with cloud save enabled. Vigor Habits and the fasting timer sync through iCloud. Cloud saves do not cross between Apple and Google accounts.
Is any of this a subscription?
No. Nothing we make bills you on a recurring basis. The games are free, Vigor Pro is a one-time unlock, and IF & Autophagy Timer is a one-time paid download.
How do I delete my data?
None of our products creates an account with us, so most data is removed by uninstalling. Cloud saves and advertising identifiers need a few extra steps, which are set out per platform on the data deletion page.
Will there be more languages?
Vigor Habits already runs in English, German, Spanish, Italian and Polish. The two games and the fasting timer are English-only for now.
