Refunds
How to get a refund on anything you bought from us, and what we can and cannot do.
Everything purchasable across our products is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel to stop being billed.
What can be bought
- Toxic Grid — crystal packs at $0.99, $2.99, $7.99 and $14.99. Consumable: crystals are spent inside the game.
- Vigor Habits — the Vigor Pro unlock. Non-consumable: buy once, restorable on any device signed into the same account.
- IF & Autophagy Timer — a $0.99 paid download.
- Toxiqa TD — nothing. The game sells nothing at all.
Refunds go through the store, not through us
We never process your payment and never see your card details, so we cannot issue a refund directly. Apple and Google both can:
- Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the account that made the purchase.
- Google Play — play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, or Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history.
Both stores generally accept requests within 48 hours of purchase and consider later ones case by case.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases, which you may lose once the content has been delivered and you have agreed to immediate access. Those rights sit alongside the store policies above and are not affected by anything on this page.
Restoring a purchase you already made
If you have paid and the unlock is missing — new phone, reinstall, restored backup — that is a restore, not a refund. Vigor Habits has a Restore Purchases action in Settings; the App Store and Play Store both re-deliver paid downloads at no charge to the same account. If it still does not appear, email us with your store receipt and we will help.
