Terms of Service
The terms you agree to by using a BuggyGames product or this website.
These terms cover this website and all four BuggyGames products. Your licence to use the software itself is set out separately in the EULA.
Who you are contracting with
Bugfinder Marek Misiak, trading as BuggyGames, registered in Poland. Contact details are on the imprint page.
Accepting these terms
Downloading, installing or using any of our products means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the products.
You must be old enough to agree to a contract where you live, and old enough for the product’s age rating. Where you are under that age, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
The store you bought from is also part of this
Every product is distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those stores have their own terms, which apply alongside ours and which govern payment, refunds and redownloads. Where a store’s terms conflict with ours on something the store controls, theirs govern.
Purchases
Products are either free, free with an optional one-time unlock, or a one-time paid download. None of them is a subscription, and we do not operate recurring billing of any kind.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, never by us. We never see your card details. See the refund policy for how to get your money back.
Virtual items — Toxic Grid’s crystals, for example — are a limited licence to use them inside that game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not transfer between products or to another person.
What you may not do
Please don’t reverse-engineer, decompile or modify a product except where the law expressly allows it; redistribute or resell it; use cheats, bots or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage on a leaderboard; or attempt to disrupt the services the products depend on.
We may reset leaderboard entries that were obtained by manipulation.
Availability
We aim to keep the products working, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Platform services we rely on — Play Games, Game Center, iCloud, the stores themselves — are outside our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue a product, and where we retire one we will say so in its release notes.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.
Subject to that, the products are provided as they are, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to what you actually paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law
Polish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above changes when we do, and continuing to use a product after that means you accept the revision.
