What Vigor Habits collects, where your habit data lives, and what backup involves.

Who we are
Vigor Habits is made and published by Bugfinder Marek Misiak, trading as BuggyGames, an independent studio registered in Poland. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Full trading details are on the imprint page.
What it collects
Vigor Habits has no BuggyGames account. There is no server of ours holding your habits.
Stored on your device
Your habits, entries, notes, moods, categories, reminders, streaks and archive live in a local database on your device. That is the primary copy, and the app is fully usable with every sync option switched off.
Optional sync and backup
iCloud keeps your habits in step across your own Apple devices, inside your own iCloud account.
Google Drive backup is off unless you turn it on. When you do, the app requests Google sign-in and writes a backup file to your Drive. It reaches only the file it creates — not the rest of your Drive. Revoke that access any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Purchases
Vigor Pro is a one-time unlock, not a subscription. Purchase state is held by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details. There is a Restore Purchases action in Settings.
Notifications
Per-habit reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They are not pushed from a server, so no reminder content ever leaves your phone.

We use no other analytics product — no Firebase, no Crashlytics, no GameAnalytics — and we do not sell personal data.
Our legal basis
If you are in the EEA or the UK, we rely on your consent for advertising and attribution data, which you can withdraw at any time using the device controls below; on performance of a contract for purchases and cloud sync; and on our legitimate interest in keeping the product working and free from abuse.
Your rights and controls
The most direct control is on your own device. Reset or delete the advertising
identifier under Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android, or turn off
tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS,
which stops the identifier being shared at all.
Depending on where you live you may also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority. California residents may request disclosure of the categories collected and opt out of sharing.
Deleting your data
Vigor Habits has no account, so most of your data disappears when you uninstall it. For everything else — cloud saves, and attribution data — the data deletion page gives the exact steps per platform. We action requests sent to us within 30 days.
Children
Vigor Habits is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. It offers in-app purchases, so we recommend parents enable purchase authentication on the device. See children's privacy for the full product-by-product breakdown.
