Toxic Grid Privacy Policy
What Toxic Grid collects, including its rewarded ads and crystal purchases.
This policy covers Toxic Grid (cloud.buggygames.toxicgrid).
Our other products have their own policies, because they embed different software —
see the studio policy for the full list.
Who we are
Toxic Grid is made and published by Bugfinder Marek Misiak, trading as BuggyGames, an independent studio registered in Poland. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Full trading details are on the imprint page.
What it collects
Toxic Grid has no account of its own. You never give us a name, an email address or a password.
Stored on your device
Sound and music volume, vibration setting, crystal balance, booster inventory, three save
slots, per-level best scores, total toxic cleared, daily-reward streak and tutorial
progress are written to local files (settings.cfg and save_slot_1..3.cfg). We cannot
read them, and uninstalling the game removes them.
Ads
Toxic Grid shows rewarded video only — no banners, no interstitials. Watching one is always optional; it grants five Extra Moves boosters and nothing about the game is gated behind having watched one. Serving those ads requires Google AdMob, which collects your advertising identifier and coarse IP address.
Purchases
Four crystal packs are sold, from $0.99 to $14.99. They are consumable in-app purchases, not a subscription. See the refund policy.
Third-party services
We would rather show you the actual list than summarise it as a category. These are the services compiled into the shipping build, with the file we verified each one in:

Our legal basis
If you are in the EEA or the UK, we rely on your consent for advertising and attribution data, which you can withdraw at any time using the device controls below; on performance of a contract for purchases and cloud sync; and on our legitimate interest in keeping the product working and free from abuse.
Your rights and controls
The most direct control is on your own device. Reset or delete the advertising
identifier under Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android, or turn off
tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS,
which stops the identifier being shared at all.
Depending on where you live you may also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority. California residents may request disclosure of the categories collected and opt out of sharing.
Deleting your data
Toxic Grid has no account, so most of your data disappears when you uninstall it. For everything else — cloud saves, and attribution data — the data deletion page gives the exact steps per platform. We action requests sent to us within 30 days.
Children
Toxic Grid is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. It does show optional rewarded ads, and offers in-app purchases, so we recommend parents enable purchase authentication on the device. See children's privacy for the full product-by-product breakdown.
