Toxiqa TD Privacy Policy
What Toxiqa TD collects, which SDKs it embeds, and how to control them.

Who we are
Toxiqa TD is made and published by Bugfinder Marek Misiak, trading as BuggyGames, an independent studio registered in Poland. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Full trading details are on the imprint page.
What it collects
Toxiqa TD has no account of its own. You never give us a name, an email address or a password, and there is no ad SDK and no analytics SDK in the build.
Stored on your device
Level progress, star ratings per difficulty, best scores and times, Scrap earned and spent, your permanent upgrades, Endless-mode records, which tutorials you have seen, and your audio and HUD preferences are written to a local save file on your device. We cannot read it, and uninstalling the game removes it.
Cloud save and leaderboards
If you sign in to Google Play Games on Android, or are signed in to Game Center on iOS, the same progress is mirrored to Google Play Games Saved Games or to your own iCloud key-value store so it follows you between devices, and achievements and leaderboard scores are submitted under your player ID. Both are optional — the game plays identically without them. Neither copy passes through a server of ours.
Purchases
Toxiqa TD shows no ads and gates nothing behind payment. The one thing it sells is an optional “Buy me a coffee” tip, processed by Google Play Billing on Android and by Apple’s StoreKit on iOS. Apple or Google take the payment and hold the purchase record; we never see your card details. The tip is consumable and grants nothing, so it is never written to your save and there is nothing to restore. Refunds go through the store, as described on the refunds page.
Before version 2.0.0
Versions of Toxiqa TD before 2.0.0 embedded the Meta SDK for install attribution, which collected the advertising identifier. 2.0.0 removed it entirely; no version from 2.0.0 on contains it. If you installed an earlier build and want to sever past attribution events, reset or delete your advertising identifier — the steps are on the data-deletion page.
The stores themselves
Installing from Google Play or the App Store involves Google or Apple, not us. Their handling of your download and your device is covered by Google’s privacy policy and Apple’s, and we receive only the aggregate, anonymous install and crash statistics every developer sees in the Play Console and App Store Connect.

We use no other analytics product — no Firebase, no Crashlytics, no GameAnalytics — and we do not sell personal data.
Our legal basis
If you are in the EEA or the UK, we rely on your consent for advertising and attribution data, which you can withdraw at any time using the device controls below; on performance of a contract for purchases and cloud sync; and on our legitimate interest in keeping the product working and free from abuse.
Your rights and controls
The most direct control is on your own device. Reset or delete the advertising
identifier under Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android, or turn off
tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS,
which stops the identifier being shared at all.
Depending on where you live you may also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority. California residents may request disclosure of the categories collected and opt out of sharing.
Deleting your data
Toxiqa TD has no account, so most of your data disappears when you uninstall it. For everything else — cloud saves, and attribution data — the data deletion page gives the exact steps per platform. We action requests sent to us within 30 days.
Children
Toxiqa TD is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. It offers in-app purchases, so we recommend parents enable purchase authentication on the device. See children's privacy for the full product-by-product breakdown.
