Toxiqa TD Privacy Policy
What Toxiqa TD collects, which SDKs it embeds, and how to control them.
This policy covers Toxiqa TD (cloud.buggygames.toxiqatd).
Our other products have their own policies, because they embed different software —
see the studio policy for the full list.
Who we are
Toxiqa TD is made and published by Bugfinder Marek Misiak, trading as BuggyGames, an independent studio registered in Poland. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Full trading details are on the imprint page.
What it collects
Toxiqa TD has no account of its own. You never give us a name, an email address or a password.
Stored on your device
Level progress, star ratings, difficulty setting, unlocked chapters and audio preferences are written to local files on your device. We cannot read them, and uninstalling the game removes them.
A note on ads
Toxiqa TD shows no ads and sells nothing. Google Play Billing is compiled into the build but its product catalogue is empty, so nothing is offered for sale. If that ever changes, this policy and the store listing will change with it.
It does, however, embed the Meta SDK for install attribution, which collects your advertising identifier. That is described in full below, because “no ads” and “no tracking” are not the same claim and we would rather not blur them.
Third-party services
We would rather show you the actual list than summarise it as a category. These are the services compiled into the shipping build, with the file we verified each one in:
What Toxiqa TD collects
| Service | What it collects | Why | Verified in |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Play Games Services v2 20.1.2 | Player ID, gamer name, gameplay statistics. | Sign-in, seven achievements, four leaderboards and cloud save on Android. | android/build/build.gradle |
| Apple Game Center | Player ID, gameplay statistics. | Achievements, leaderboards and iCloud key-value cloud save on iOS. | scripts/systems/ios_game_services.gd |
| Meta SDK 17.0.1 | Advertising identifier, install and session events. | Attributing installs to Meta advertising campaigns. | builds/ios/Podfile, android/build/res/values/strings.xml |
| Google Play Billing | Nothing, while no products are configured. | Present in the build but inactive — the product catalogue is empty, so nothing is offered for sale. | scripts/systems/iap_controller.gd |
We use no other analytics product — no Firebase, no Crashlytics, no GameAnalytics — and we do not sell personal data.
Our legal basis
If you are in the EEA or the UK, we rely on your consent for advertising and attribution data, which you can withdraw at any time using the device controls below; on performance of a contract for cloud sync; and on our legitimate interest in keeping the product working and free from abuse.
Your rights and controls
The most direct control is on your own device. Reset or delete the advertising
identifier under Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android, or turn off
tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS,
which stops the identifier being shared at all.
Depending on where you live you may also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority. California residents may request disclosure of the categories collected and opt out of sharing.
Deleting your data
Toxiqa TD has no account, so most of your data disappears when you uninstall it. For everything else — cloud saves, and attribution data — the data deletion page gives the exact steps per platform. We action requests sent to us within 30 days.
Children
Toxiqa TD is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. See children's privacy for the full product-by-product breakdown.
